I have a question sheet which asks 4 basic questions. Then depending on the answers it gives the person a score.

For Questions 1-3 the answer is a straight yes or no, then for question 4 the answer is Yes, no, maybe, not sure.

What i want is a list of all combinations of answers so i can then add a score to each.

Is there a quick way of doing this?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
What's the difference between "Maybe" and "Not Sure"?
It's the same thing surely?

Would you ever rob a bank?
a) Yes
b) No
c) Maybe
d) Not Sure

c) and d) are the same

Or are you saying Maybe is more than Yes than No?
Your descriptions are very confusing. I have never seen answers with both Maybe and Not Sure.
I hope you define these description of those answers clearly to the user or you'll be getting incorrect responses.

You'd do better to have a sliding scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being No and 10 being Yes.
