I have a bunch of tasks. Each task requires its own tools, parts, and fasteners. After all tasks are entered, I would like to create a pivot table so that I know what would be required at each station. Is it possible to link one cell to multiple cells?

For example, I created a pivot table to summarize what fasteners are needed at each station. The pivot table doesn't recognize that the 3/8" bolt is associated with station 1.

Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Hi wentpow,

Welcome to the MrExcel forum.

You may have better luck if you repeated both the Station and the Task for each line of data. It won't be quite as graphically appealing but you could clean that up...
