Possible to create custom slicer with ranges for pivot table?

I want to filter $sales.

Now sales can of course vary from $0 to in the millions.

For my purposes, I just need to add a slicer with something like this:

0-250000
250000-500000
500000-1000000
1000000-5000000
5000000+

How can I do this? Thx
