Post Delete Button

While browsing my own posts in the 'Excel Questions' forum (while logged in) I note that some of my posts have a 'Delete' button at the top right and some do not. The message at the bottom right of the screen says 'You can delete your posts in this forum'.

While I do not want to delete any at the moment, I am wondering why the button is not on all of my posts?

I may be wrong here, but I believe it's only available if your post is the last one in that thread.
