Hi,
I am trying to add data from one worksheet to another automatically. When I type in data from worksheet a and worksheet b and it automatically transfers to worksheet c.
Here is the problem sometimes the data from worksheet a is different and uses more cells and the same for worksheet b. Is there a way so that the data transfers from a and b to worksheet c can be filtered so that I dont have to create a static formula in worksheet c thus leaving unused cells in my worksheet c?
Thanks in advance for your help.

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Hi

Can you give more detail Is the data from "A" and "B" completely different and should be on its own row, or is the data in some way related and "C" is a combination of both sheets' data?

Some examples may also help.

The data from a and b is completely different, and needs to be in its own row on worksheet c. Lets see if I can give you an example.
This is a time sheet layout and I have to record different projects that each person works each day. Sometimes people work 5 different projects sometime only 2 or 3. On their individual time sheets(worksheet a and b) I have to put where they worked and on what project. On worksheet C I have to put the totals, so what I want to do is automatically pull the data from a and b so tha it goes to c with no empty cells between the totals of a and b.
The problem is I have cant do static becouse sometimes I use 5 lines of data sometime only 2 or 3. Does that help any?
