Power BI - Count in power query across columns

Hi,

I have the below dataset

Risk	Risk 2	Risk 3
High	Medium	Low
Medium	Low	Medium

when i create a custom column at the end i need to rank it to show the highest value based on below

1.High,
2.Medium
3.Low

Result:

Risk	Risk 2	Risk 3	Final
High	MEdium	Low	High
MEdium	Low	Medium	Low
