Hi, I've installed x64bit version of PBI Desktop on my windows 10 laptop. Try to open and it the splash screen showing 'Initializing Model' appears and then disappears after a couple of seconds and doesn't do anything else. Tried to uninstall, reinstall and add file as exclusion to firewall and nothing is working.

Grateful if someone can assist.
