Power map - time stamp dd/mm/yyyy/hh/mm/sec??

Hello,
I'm trying to show change of prices in various sites using Power map over time. I have 650000 rows of data and each row has 15 sec steps and I do not know how to set time in Power map time (under Time). Advice pls. Thanks
example (13:30:00; 13:30:15; 13:30:30, ...)
