I have a workbook that has some Power Query tables in them. When I open Excel it functions as you would expect.

As soon as I run any of the Power Queries (refresh...) even the most simple query - excel becomes very slow and sluggish. It takes over 20 seconds to move from one cell to the next.

I checked the areas of the tables on each tab that has the Power Query tables and they are all normal - the tables are not huge (maybe 100 rows and about 20 columns).

Anyone have any idea whats happening. The queries are working and the data is correct. It just makes Excel run very slowly after any refresh. Each time I open the book its fine until a query is ran - any of the three queries.
