I've got PQ set up to import data from a folder. I've noticed that if I remove one of the workbooks in the source folder and refresh my query, PQ is still holding the data from the removed workbook. How do I get PQ to recognize that the data's gone?

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Something is wrong. It can't be refreshing properly - this is not possible if it is refreshing properly. You should look at your query to see what is happening.

Matt, thanks for the reply.

Upon further investigation, it turned out to not be a PQ problem. :p

It was a process problem that created duplicates, creating the illusion that the old data was still there.
