Power Query - Skipping Files Exceeding 400 Character Limit

I have a successful route of pulling information from a collection of PDF files (with structured tables) that are located on a Network Drive.

I am now running into an issue where the Power Query refresh stops when it finds a PDF file with a full Path/File Name that exceeds the Microsoft Office maximum 400 characters.

What is the best way to skip these files that exceed this limitation? I am currently in the middle of my latest refresh where I have filtered out those that exceed, the filter being in both the Query as well as the Sample File. Is this correct or is there something else to keep in mind? Maybe a better way of doing it all together?

Much appreciation for any help that can be provided.
