I am using power query to import data (student ID, name and attendance data) and want to be able to add comments in to subsequent cells in the row. Sometimes students are added to or removed from roll so I want the data in the row to move or be removed with the ID. Is this possible? Apologies if this is not clear.

Thanks, i've managed to set up the self-referencing tables, but some of the cells contain formulas that I want to retain, is there something I am missing to do this?

formulas in sources will stay
query tables doesn't contain any formulas
