Dear Team,

While trying to open Power View in Excel 2013 with PowerPivot (64 bit), I repeatedly get this error:

Power View Error: the operation has timed out

I Googled this and read that I should try to "reinstall the Silverlight". I tried that, but I still get the error.

Other potentially useful information about my situation: Today, my computer did an automatic update.

Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
I don't, but fyi there is a new build of Power View out *today*, so maybe try and grab the latest?
