PowerApps - Updating (Patch) of Excel on OneDrive

Hi All,

Apologies if this is the incorrect place for this type of query however I'm struggling to find anything that might help.

I have a PowerApp which I have built, this allows a user to add information and "submit" this - pressing the "submit" button patches this information and updates an Excel file that I have on my OneDrive.

This works perfectly for when I submit the record - however I would like multiple others to use this app and update/patch the file on my OneDrive with the information they have added. Unfortunately when another user attempts to do this, they receive an email message:

I originally assumed that this was because the user in question did not have access to the file I wish to have updated. I have subsequently:

1) Shared the PowerApp with the relevant users
2) Shared the OneDrive Excel file with the exact same users

I had hoped that this would resolve the problem, however this does not appear to be the case and i'm unsure as to what the issue may be.

Is anyone else able to shed any potential light on this in terms of updating a OneDrive file from a PowerApp that multiple users have access to?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Simon
