PowerPivot Low Privelege User

I have a customer who has no admin rights on her machine but she has PowerPivot 2010 loaded (ver.10.50.4000.0)

I have admin rights on my machine and have the same version loaded.

When she launches powerpivot her menu does not look the same as mine. Also her Execution Mode is at Low Privelege User.

So my main question is how do I get her menu to look the same as mine.

one other caveat is she has Windows XP and I have Windows 7.

I found out the root of this problem. The menu IS different between Windows XP and Windows 7. Still not sure about the Low Privelege part.
