Hello, i was wondering if someone could give me some information about linking excel to powerpoint.

Instead of printing out a report that has been created in a 'background sheet' i was hoping to be able to export it as a power point presentation instead. Is this even possible?

Ideally i would like to either generate the slides from the print area or have something embedded somehow that can show a slide show. I'm trying to get away from having an external file that i have to make sure is kept with my workbook.

If someone could give me some pointers on what the best option will be it would be much appreciated.

Many thanks

Hi james,

I am working on the same thing and will share it with you once I work it out. I have an outstanding question on how to get first and last column from the print area you pre-select.

Once I get the help from the great people on this forum I will post it.

KR,

JJ
