PowerQuery Fixing the CSV broken line (Line moved to next line).

Hello friends, Hope all is well!

I am using PowerQuery to extract combine CSV files. The Clinic name is showing error.
Because after the word Nutrition a new line is placed, the line shouldn't brake, instead it should be: Nutrition",1,160 ... etc

Can you please guide me what I can do on PowerQuery to fix the line, and stop the Error Message.
