Predict projected sales per hour when given a projected total for the day

I'm trying to make a spreadsheet program that allows me to predict
projected sales per hour when given a projected total for the day, but I
have no idea of how to make a spreadsheet like that. I have a historical data on a hourly basis of sales, net sales and transaction count. Can anyone please help me!!!

Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
