I have a master data sheet which I filter for specific manager names and then create new sheets with the exact same columns, formatting etc but with just that specific managers data on it; this is repeated a number of times depending upon how many names are entered into the user form.

Is there a way to ensure that the pasted information takes across column widths etc? At the moment I am applying formatting after the data has been pasted but was wondering if there was a neater way.

Thx in advance, Nathan.

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Hi,

Paste Special -> Column Widths will let you keep same column widths.

So you can paste twice, once the normal paste so that it can take formats and then PasteSpecial -> Column Widths.

When I use pastespecial viacode to paste the column widths it also pastes over the exisiting data leaving blank cells, yet when I do this manually it doesn't. Am I missing something simple?
