Pressing 'enter' or 'tab' brings up VBA window instead of moving to next cell.

I just updated to Office 2018 (I think) on my work computer and the 'enter' and 'tab' keys are behaving unexpectedly.

On my old files, hitting the tab key moves to the next cell to the right and hitting the enter key moves to the next cell below. Now, when I press enter, (or tab) the VBA window opens.

Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
A couple of wild guesses. 1) Turn off Macros 2) Check to see if any VBA Events are in a macro
All else fails, show the file and someone will determine this issue.
