I'm trying to protect my code, but the user can't save the changes to the file if I goto VBA properties and lock my code? How can I protect my macros while still allowing the user to save any changes to the spreadsheet?

Hi,

Protecting the VBA project doesn't prevent the workbook from being saved, it just prevents people from viewing your code unless they know your password.

Have you tried it?

Yes I have, and after I run the macro, then try to save the file, it says it cannot because the code is locked. Any other suggestions??
