Prevent editing of select cells

I've created an order form in Excel.

Some fields I'm happy for users to update, but the ones with formulas I'd like to protect.

Whats the simpliest way to do this? It doesn't need to be secure or passworded.

As far as I am aware the easiest way (not using VBA) is to protect the sheet and protect the cells you don't want the user to edit.
