PREVENTING FORMS TO DESGING VIEW

I have many persons that uses my database. i want to prevent forms to open in design view except when i want to do.
how its possible

Create a compiled executable version of the database to share with users (just be sure to keep a copy of the uncompiled database for yourself so you can make changes to it).

I am very very Thankful to you.
But in this ACCDE Format the user can delete any table/query/report.
So Please Tell me to how to make it completely Secure. No One can delete or Add anything in my database.

Are you splitting the database into separate front-end/back-ends?
The back-end contains all the data and tables, and the front-end contains all queries, reports, forms, and VBA code.
So the front-end is in linked to the back-end.
You then distribute a copy of the front-end to each user. So any changes they make to queries or reports only affects their copy, and not anyone elses.
So I would split the database, then compile the front-end, and distribute that to each user.
