Preventing Workbook from Resizing, Minimizing, Maximizing and Restoring

Hello all, i want to set a window size for a single workbook and want to lock all the subject options. I got the nearby solution thorough the post below. It is unstable and freezing the application. Anyone have knowledge on this code to make it usable for latest office and windows versions. Thank you
