I don't understand some of your examples.

According to your written instructions, this value should have no change (because < 10) but be a max of 2 decimal places. By my reckoning that should give 0.87, not 0.88 per your example results.

"40 and above will be round off to next 5th number". How do you calculate that the "next 5th number" in that case is 44, not 45?
