Help! I have several sheets in a shared workbook for which I have set individual print areas. However, I somehow lose all the print areas, and have to re-enter them each month.

Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
If rows/columns are deleted or added within the print area it will change.
Rows/columns added outside the print area will not be included.

If you're asking why might the print areas be lost then the obvious suggestion is that another user is clearing them.

If you want some kind of solution, maybe record a macro of you setting the print areas so that you can easily reset them when they are lost.
