<HR style="COLOR: #ffffff; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff" SIZE=1> <!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->I have my spreadsheet set up and now Im trying to add a print button. Is there anyway that I can set the print button to print out a word document and have it go through my data base and based on todays date put the peoples name on it that came to visit that day. Im also trying to set it up so that it will print out mailing labels also with the click of a button as well.

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Why not set up the template in word - and "Mail merge" your excel document?

Can you do that - I mean I want to press print and make it happen every day that i press that command button instead of going through another program - trying to make it fast, easy, and less time consuming.
