Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Hi, I have a similar problem. I have 2 conditional format rules on many cells. One to shade grey where certain % tolerance is met and the other to not shade where contains character - (indicating no data). When it prints out it prints the cells containing - with the grey shading on.

Any thoughts?
