Print & copy printed data to other workbook

Hi All,

Is there way:
If we have a Template for TimeSheet on excel worksheet (one sheet) & after printing separate pages (let say for 6 employees) to send (or to copy) them to other Excel workbook which will have 6 separate sheets with alredy printed employee data?
