I'm in need of a solution that will allow me to print from Access 2007 to a Zebra printer.
I did a search, but I wasn't able to find any results on the topic.

Is this possible with VBA? If not, does anyone know if there is a bolt on app that will allow
me to print to a Zebra printer? I'm looking to print 2D and 3D barcode labels. I already have
the 2D and the 3D thing figured out.

Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Dan

Yes, I have a few databases setup to print to Zebra 105SL and ZM400 ( any model will work.).

first all you need to do is installl the correct windows driver, which you can download from Zebra ( you may have already) .

I print to Zebra labels using thermal transfer media, on 4"x6" labels, be sure to set the printer preferences to the correct label size and orientation

next create a report and adjust the layout to match the size and set margins to zero ( to max your area).

You said you had the 2d/3d figured out so I assume you have them installed as Fonts, so you should now be able to setup your label as you want.

**you don't need VBA...

just let me know what you are working with and I can help further

***oops I forgot the most important step.... in your report before you design anythiong, go to page setup > "page" tab set to use a specific printer and select the Zebra printer" then click properties and again verify the size and orientation of the label.....

this will work, trust me....just have to get all your "Ducks in a row" :)

I just noticed that this Post was from Aug 2010....how did you make out unit213

The other program I use is Labelview and feed data from Access, or use WASP barcode fonts installed for Access to let me use different barcode types
