Hi,

I am trying to print a workbook with portrait and landscape worksheets that will go into an annual financial report. The report is a mixture of Word and Excel documents and must have all of the page numbers in the same position: portrait style - centered on the bottom. How do I get the landscape worksheets to put the footer in their left side margins, centered, facing out?

I have tried merging column A from the top row to the bottom row as shown on print preview, then turning the font in that column 90 degrees. The problem with this is trying to manipulate the footer margins and column widths to match the other documents. Plus, I cannot Group the worksheets and automatically assign page numbers.

I have even tried transposing the landscape worksheets' data to a separate print area and manipulating column widths to act like row widths so I can print all of the worksheets as portrait style. But, that is complicated and will take up too much time this year.

Last year, I gave up and created the page numbers in Adobe when I prepared the PDF files for printing and web pages. Of course, this has it's own set of problems....

So, is there anyway to print landscape reports with the footer in the left-hand margin? Or am I chasing a dream?

Thanks
