Hey all,

I am trying to set a print macro to do the following:

I have a worksheet that when printed on landscape is the height of one page and the width of 10 (hope that makes sense). I want all ten of these pages to print column A. Column A possess my "headers" for the information and want it on each page as a reference in the report printing. That is all I need from the first worksheet in my workbook. For the second page and other half of my report I need the same done, where column A is printed on each page, but the width of this one is variable and the height is equal to two pages this time rather than one. I want it to print in this fashion:

1 2 3 4
5 6 7 8

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
For the first part you can goto Page Setup-->Sheet-->Columns to Print at the Left.

For the second check out "Print a Custom View" in the helpfile.

smitty thank you for your help. i'm trying to set up a macro so that the customer can use this excel sheet without going through all of that. Perhaps I can try your suggestion and record the macro, but I was looking for some code input if anyone had any.

The easiest thing will be to record a macro doing what you want, then assigning it to a button.

Feel free to post what you come up with and someone can clean it up for you.
