Pretty simple concept.

I have a list of names on one sheet or workbook:

John
Mary
Janice

I need a sign in/out sheet for eat person. For like 45 people

Rather than me creating an individual sheet for each person (like I did below). In word or something. I want each name to print on its own page on the template. So it would look like this:

Name: John Name: Mary Name: Janice
Monthly.PNG
Monthly.PNG
Monthly.PNG

Rather than me creating 45 individual tables on 45 sheets. I want 1 template sheet and the names to populate into a cell above the table. Printing on their own individual pages.

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
I wrote you a script to enter dates in column A and then modified the script for you.
I'm now seeing this post but not sure what your wanting.
All 3 of the images above look the same

You said:

So are you saying you want to print this sheet 45 times but have a different name put someplace on the printed sheet?

A cell above the Table?
What cell?
And you do know a Table is a range on a worksheet.
Your image does not look like a Table

Are you saying you want to enter the 45 names on a Template which is just a worksheet.
So might you put the names in column A of a sheet named "Master" and as you print the 45 sheets you want a different name printed on on each sheet.

No I want to enter the 45 names as a roster.

And them have them populate into a cell of my choice. But only print 1 listing from the roster per page.

I'm not following this at all. Your original post never mentioned wanting this.

Sorry, if I wasn't clear.

But what I want. Is 1 template sheet. Have a roster of 45 names that index into that sheet.

End Goal:

I click "Print" ---- 45 sheets print all the same template with a different name on each page at the top.
