I have and excel spreadsheet which is 8 pages in lenght. However I wnat to print this to 1 page. when I go into the print set-up a set "fit to: to 1 page wide by 1 page tall my data looks all choppy and also prints choppy. Any idea's on how I cna print this spreadsheet to 1 page and make it look readable and non choppy?

What do you mean by "choppy"?

Sometimes it's not really feasible to fit all of your data in one sheet, unless you have really good bifocals.
