Printform

I'm trying to make a printform where you can select different ranges.
For example:

I activate the dialog where you can make a selection of diferent area's (selectionbox). Then:

If DialogSheets("dialoog1").CheckBoxes(3).Value = 1 Then

End If
End Sub

Somehow if i click okay it doesn't work. Can somebody help me??
