I have 2 sheets with different row heights and column widths - so can't easily be fitted on one sheet. They are both just under half an A4 (landscape) wide and less than the A4 sheet tall. I'd like to get them printed on one sheet and I've tried the print pages per sheet option and set print entire workbook but nothing will get them to appear on one sheet. I've tried setting the page order to down and across and across and then down, I've tried grouping the sheets, I've tried setting (and clearing) the print area but no joy.

Anybody and idea what I've got wrong?

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Have you tried changing the width of the Footers and Headers?

Thanks for the reply. I hadn't - but I've just tried setting them to 0 and reduced the margins and it still says the print will be 2 pages. I tried 2 sheets per page and 4 but that didn't make any difference. If I print each page individually the preview looks fine (and the hard copy print is fine as well). I'm beginning to think it the HP printer driver.

Thanks you to everyone who suggested tips. I have now found the answer. Rather embarrassingly it was working all along. I assumed that because the preview still showed 2 pages and I could even click between the pages (in preview) it wasn't working. However when I actually clicked Print, low and behold it works.
