Hello,
I am creating a Budget design that relies on Combo boxes for users to select from.

When this goes to print is there a way for just the information of the combo box to appear (like a normal cell that something has been typed in) rather than the combo box also appearing on the paper copy?

I am trying to make the paper copy look as presentable as possible rather than looking like a printed form guide

Thanks
johnny

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Try getting the cell underneath the combobox to contain the value - probably by using =INDEX() function depending on which one you are using (Controls or Forms toolbox).

Then set the property to NOT print.
