Hi,

I am a teacher using Excel 2003. In order to check student work, I have them print the "original" copy which shows the normal display of the spreadsheet. I also have them print the cell contents copy (CTRL + ~) so I can check their formulas. Is there a way to get both copies to print on the same sheet? Perhaps original at the top and cell contents on the bottom?

Thank you.

Kathy

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Welcome to the board.

This is bit convoluted, but...
Make a copy of the sheet within the same workbook. Toggle to display formulas on the first sheet, but not on the copy. Use the camera tool to take a linked picture of the relevant range on the second sheet, and paste it to the bottom of the first sheet.

If nothing else, it will teach them about a very useful tool that is entirely undocumented in the Help feature!

FWIW you can skip a step - toggle formula display on, take a picture, then clear the formula bar for the picture to unlink it, and then toggle formulas off again.
