I have a file with custom footers, when I print the file everything comes out correctly. I email the file to some individuals & when they attempt to print it no footers are printed. Is there some "default" type setting that may not be set the same between the 2 systems, mine is set such that the data prints but their is set in such a way the data is ignored???

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
While we're on the subject of footers, is there a way to change the default font and size on all footers? I'm finding that I have to change the font and size from Arial 12 to Times New Roman 9 to conform with the Department's standards.

Thanks in advance.
