Hi all,
Hoping someone can help with a XLS crashing problem I've been having.

I have a workbook with several worksheets, one of which (ws1) holds data that is categorized. I load a form (from another worksheet ws2) where users can select in a combo box which category or categories they wish to view. The combo box only has categories that are listed in ws1.

The form remains visible while a macro looks through the data in ws1 and prints the appropriate rows of data to another worksheet (ws3). After the operation is finished, I hide the form, and select the tab for ws3 so I can look at the data. At this point 9 times out of 10 Excel crashes unexplainably.

Has anyone ever had a similar issue?
Could it be that I am not properly opening or closing the form? I load the form with "Form.Show" and hide it with "Form.Hide"

Thanks,
s_c

Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
Have you tried removing the form, choosing Yes when prompted to export it, then reimporting it from the exported file? This can help to clear out the garbage that accumulates as you edit code in the VBEditor (metacrap as I like to think of it).
