Text within a cell in an excel spreadsheet has been changed to 25% grayed out.

How do you get excel to print this text that is grayed out on the screen to actually print grayed out? I have printed a word document from the same computer to the same printer that I am attempting to print the excel document from & to and grayed out text in the word document actually prints grayed out.

Please

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.

I have already changed the color to gray 25%. I did that before printing.

I use grayed out cells as well, and it prints OK. Perhaps it might be a setting in the file, have you tried creating a new workbook, then changing the font to see if it prints?

Sorry, I don't know where to go with this one.

Colin.
