Hello all,

I've tried searching for this, but so far, have been unable to find what I'm looking for.

I have a spreadsheet that is only 2 columns wide, but is over 800 rows.

Is there an easy way to print this list out more efficiently? For example, it would be similar to setting up Columns in Word.

Go From This:
Code:

To This:
Code:

Perhaps, copying and pasting into Word, formatting and setting up columns will be the best answer?

Thanks very much,
Mike

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
If you are willing to copy and paste into Word, then copy and paste within the same worksheet (or to a new worksheet) in Excel will probably be slightly easier.

Well, (as far as I know) pasting into Excel is a MUCH more lengthy process. I ended up getting what I needed, but it's not a perfect result and it would be nice if Excel would add this functionality one of these decades.
