Have workbook with 13 sheets. I have setup my print areas but i want to be able to print all selected sheets only on as few pages as possible. For example, use a 8.5 x 11 sheet and print 4 of the sheets versus only one. Trying to save a few trees !!

Can this be done ? if so, how?

Thanks

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Hi,
Go to File > Page Setup where you can set the scaling factor for printing. You can also use Print Preview to fine tune before printing.

Tried scaling method but this only applies to one of the sheets. I have selected 7 sheets to print and i want these 7 to be printed on lets say 2 8.5 x 11 sheets.
I selected the sheets by pressing teh contro key and clicking on the tabs of the sheets that i want to print.

Can anybody help me with this?

Thanks...
