I am trying to print a multiple worksheets from a workbook on our color printer, & here is where the problem is-
I have set the Print server to NOT print Duplex, the printer itself has Duplex set to OFF, and I've changed my personal printer settings in Start-Printers & Faxes to NOT duplex-YET STILL the **** workbook prints out duplex!

Is there a way to change all the worksheets in the workbook to the same printing properties?
Or do the sheets work as seperate entities and I have to alter EACH sheet before I print?
One of my users is having this issue & I need to explain it to him.
I did select all the sheets at first and altered the printers properties, but still it printed out duplex sheets.
o_O
Thanks for you help...
Jennifer.

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Welcome to the board.

As far as I know the print properties are only worksheet specific. So you would have to adjust them all individually.

Thank you for your reply.
I will continue to do more research also, but, is this TRUE for all spreadsheets? I'm happy with the answer, but my user is going to ask said question to me & even tho I'm pretty good with Excel, they always want more, ya know?
Thanks again for all your help.
I love this board!
