I'm highlighting the area I want to print and for some reason it wants to print each individual cell on its own page. How can I stop this? I tried to clear print area, didn't work. then I continuously get a 'margins do not fit page' error.

Thanks

Does the "print view" perform the same way...does it show only one cell per page ?

You might try rebooting yr machine...sometime the printer get confused going from one program to another...

Check the printer settings File >> Print >>Properties, check for paper size and make sure it is using Letter (8.5 by 11) paper and not Index cards
