Printing selected columns/rows .

Placed below is an image .I want to print Column B,C,D & K altogether leaving column E,F,G,H,I&J .I do not want to take help of columns to repeat or rows to repeat . I selected column B & C by "CTRL" key and column K by CTRL, but the last column is printed on next page . Similarly, I also want to print the selected rows by using "CTRL key .PLEASE HELP .

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
The easiest way to achieve what you want is to hide the columns and rows that you do not wish to print.

Set the Print Area such that it encompasses the first and last column that you wish to print, do the same for the first and last row, then hide any column within the print area that you do not wish to print, do the same with hiding the rows
