So I am not sure if this is possible or not, but I am looking for a way to always print two particular sections of a sheet every time a person changes a schedule. Currently there are the first 4 rows that print every time since I specified that in the Print Titles Section of the sheet. It looks like this currently:

This is currently how it prints when I highlight some of the cells in the row of the person changing schedules. It only appears at the top and then of course the rest of the page is blank. Ideally, I would love to be able to incorporate different checklists based on different criteria. In this case above, this was someone who went from part-time to full-time, so I'd like to be able to incorporate a Casual-to-full-time checklist in what prints with this page so that it looks something like this:

Is something like this possible?

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
.
If you maintained the "Casual To Full-Time" checklist on another sheet ... you can copy/paste the "Bid Moves" section to a new sheet ... then copy paste the "Casual To Full-Time" checklist
below it ... then print that new sheet.
