Hi

At the present i have an order form that is pre-printed with 2 pages (white and Green) and when you write on one it prints on the other sheet as well (carbon type paper)
But i have designed a form (VB) that ask the different questions that are on the order sheet eg tel number name etc

What i need is a macro (from a command button when clicked) will ask the user (mgs box) to form feed the white copy this will print the info on it then when printed a second message asking the user to form feed the green copy and print the same info again. Then reset once done

I hope this is poss as it will stop having to have handwriting and make the order look more professional

Thanks

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
1. The older type of dot matrix printer (that uses pins in the printhead and a ribbon) is able to print the 2 copies at once.

2. Otherwise .. You may not need any messages. Record a macro to print 2 copies of your document each time.
