Printing Word and PDF documents via Excel

Is there a way to print documents via excel? I have a table of documents I need to print every week, spread across 4 work groups. Ends up being about 140 odd documents.

See below example table, each square marked yellow requires printing;

Each line correlates to a person, and each column to a worksheet.

My thoughts are to import each document into its own tab in the above workbook, and print each sheet in order based on the above. Just wondering if there's an easier way I'm not thinking of on how to do this that I'm not thinking about.
