I want to get the exact regularization date of each employee within 6 months. What would be the best formula for these scenario.

1 Emp no. Hire Date Status Reg Date
2 12 13-Jan-00 Probation ?
3 13 14-Dec-10 Probation ?
4 14 15-Jan-11 Probation ?
5 15 12-Feb-11 Probation ?

I don't know how to add it if the 6 months if the given data was date.
